The Authentic Western Society

"THE CONSTITUTION"

                                            1.    The title of this Society will be "The Authentic Western Society".

                                            2.    The aim of the Society will be to promote and portray the history

                                                   of the Old American West by re-enactment.

                                             3.    Patrons when attending all Western Functions, will be dressed 

                                                    in period costume as Authentic as possible.                                                        

                                             4.    Patrons will use only Legal Blank firing, inert or licensed 

                                                    weapons as approved by the Home Office.

                                              5.   Membership will be by invitation only and shall run from

                                                    April 1st to March 31st annually.                              

                                              6.    Annual Subscription Fees shall be payable on or before

                                                     April 1st annually.

                                              7.    Patrons will conduct themselves in a friendly, courteous

                                                     and orderly fashion when attending all functions.

                                              8.    The Society will be governed by the organisers.                                                                 

                                        We are a Re-enactment Society with health & safety officer, first aider and full
